Our client is a large manufacturing firm that produces products utilizing cutting-edge technology and located in Somerset County, NJ. They are seeking to hire a Partner Service Manager to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100k – $120k

Position Overview:

The Partner Service Manager will oversee the Service department to ensure super client and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Partner Service Manager:

  • Manage the Partner Service team and be the main point of contact
  • Lead department meetings and weekly touch-bases
  • Handle all aspects of new products from briefs to launches
  • Act as a liaison to various departments within the firm
  • Assist in the overall business strategy to improve business growth
  • Handle other service issues or related matters, as needed

Qualifications for the Partner Service Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a service department
  • Customer service or project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with new product development
  • Superior computer skills is required
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Meet tight deadlines and multitask
