Our client, a well known fashion luxury company. They are seeking a Planning Associate to join their Forecasting and Planning team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$62,000 – $90,000

Position Overview:

The Planning Associate will be part of a team that supports the wholesale distribution efforts within the United States through product allocation and forecast planning. The Planning Associate will as well be managing daily order processing activities.

Responsibilities of the Planning Associate:

  • Planning assortments of weekly deliveries
  • Building monthly allocation assortments by door in support of delivering seamless and consistent shipments
  • Partnering with sales managers to plan new store opening product assortments based on regional insights and annual forecasts
  • Creating and maintaining reports to analyze performance and improve processes

Qualifications for the Planning Associate:

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, SUMIF formulas)
  • Proficiency with PowerBI
  • Ability to prioritize in fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal communication skills across all teams in the organization
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized individual with time management and deadline-oriented mindset
  • Business acumen ability to learn and retain facts
  • Independent thinker who can take autonomous decisions
  • Attention to Detail
  • Record keeping

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
