Position Overview:

The Procurement Specialist will support all operational activities, back office procurement responsibilities, and some office supply and equipment purchasing.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist:

  • Provide process mapping and documentation support for various projects
  • Manage supplier creation process
  • Maintain active supplier list
  • Monitor procurement related KPIs (savings, competitive bidding, and supplier performance)

Qualifications for the Procurement Specialist:

  • 3 years of Procurement experience in Marketing-related categories is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interact well with internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance is strongly preferred
