Our client is well known in the Real Estate industry and is seeking a Procurement Specialist in their Pembroke Pines FL location.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22 – $25/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to work on purchasing requisitions out of the Pembroke Pines, FL office. The Procurement Specialist reviews requisitions and confer with departments regarding quantity, quality and deliver. Confer with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist:

  • Procure or coordinate the procurement of construction, supplies and services, including architectural and engineering services
  • Prepare highly technical and complex specifications, and contracts
  • Prepare and analyze competitive proposals
  • Negotiate with consultants and contractors
  • Perform contract administration
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating and routing contracts for execution

Qualifications for the Procurement Specialist:

  • 3 to 4 years of Experience in a purchasing position
  • Knowledge of Excel

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required
