Production Operator

Our client, a global raw materials provider seeking a Production Operator to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20 – $30/hr

Position Overview:

Production Operators are tasked with setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in production lines. The Production Operator is responsible for feeding raw materials into machines, operating machines, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

• Operate mixing / blending machines following safety guidelines
• Perform automatic and manual filling & labeling in the packing area
• Operate forklift as needed
• Help in other projects

Qualifications for the Production Operator:

• Experience on production / manufacturing floor; any industry can be considered
• Chemical handling experience highly preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
