Position Overview

Atrium partners with a global pharmaceutical client located in Waltham, MA and is currently developing a specialized MSP program. We’re looking for passionate and motivated onsite Program Manager that is excited to grow their career with an evolving staffing and consulting firm.

Position Responsibilities

  • Act as an Atrium Program Manager and onsite client liaison as part of Atrium MSP program
  • Recruit within client ATS and match qualified applicants against requisitions
  • Lead Staffing Supplier relationships within the Program in a manner that yields partnership and extraordinary service delivery
  • Conduct thorough intake calls with managers to ascertain specific soft skills and additional preferences to ensure appropriate resumes are screened and presented
  • Model the highest levels of integrity and deliver ‘white glove’ service to support client and applicants
  • Develop strong, cross-functional Atrium and client relationships; maintain communication with leadership, sponsors (TA/HR/Finance), managers and candidates
  • Promote program adoption, compliance, communications, onboarding and other operations
  • Respond to manager and applicant inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Diagnose/resolve raised client concerns in a timely manner, together with leadership as needed
  • Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of client’s industry, products and markets; establish on-site awareness of business developments
  • Attend regular status meetings with both internal Atrium team and client to drive Program goals and requirements
  • Recommend continuous program and workflow improvements
  • Partner with client to design and administer surveys to be issued to managers, candidates and suppliers and gather valuable recruitment and MSP program feedback
  • Participate in the development of presentations and relevant materials, i.e.: Quarterly Business Reports

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dynamically responsible work experience as an account manager
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with the internal client and Atrium program team
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms, including ATS, VMS, CRM/FMS
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and also excel in a team environment
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, social and motivational skills
