Our client is an established financial organization who is seeking to hire a dedicated Project Administrator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Project Administrator will assist with entering and auditing customer accounts. The hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position has flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. The Project Administrator will be responsible for addressing issures and questions regarding customers’ accounts and loan accounts.

Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

  • Handle confidential information appropriately
  • Make corrections to any customers accounts and loan accounts
  • Revise information entered in customers accounts and loan accounts

Qualifications for the Project Administrator:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Data entry skills are required
  • Must be detail orientated and customer service focused
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED certification is required
