We have several clients in Manhattan who are looking to hire eager, dedicated, hardworking recent grads. Our clients are in the advertising, real estate, hospitality and creative spaces, seeking to hire as soon as possible for Project Coordinators. These positions are all full time with a base salary and benefits.

Position Overview: The Project Coordinator position is entry level, but has room for growth.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator: 

  • Meeting and greeting guests as they enter the office; delivering white glove service
  • The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently. This can require anything from coordinating the conference rooms, managing inventory
  • Assist the Executives with anything needed; Sitting in on meetings with the team (taking meeting minutes), preparing for those meetings (crating PowerPoints, ensuring video conference lines are set up, managing catering and more)
  • Coordinate travel and car services for meetings on behalf of th Executive and external clients. This will give you great exposure to the leaders of the company
  • Ad Hoc projects (offered in a wide range from human resources, recruiting, marketing, public relations and sales)

Qualifications for the Project Coordinator: 

  • 0-1 years of experience working in a corporate setting, ideally as something relevant to a Project Coordinator 
  • The ideal candidate will have had some experience in an administrative, customer service, client relations or hospitality capacity
  • The Project Coordinator must have internship experience
  • The ideal candidate will be ambitious with a “no job too big or too small” mentality and a can-do attitude
  • Additional languages and outside interests are a huge plus
