Our client is a well established real estate firm with a national presence and a portfolio consisting of over 200 properties. They are seeking a Property Administrator to join their team!

Position Overview:

The ideal Property Administrator will be on site, Monday through Friday, and based in the management office located in Hudson County. The Property Administrator is organized, detailed-oriented and possesses strong time management skills.

Responsibilities of the Property Administrator:

  • Supporting senior leadership with processing expenses and generating reports
  • Effectively relaying senior leadership’s communication to tenants and contractors
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with leasing and general property management operations
  • Assisting with administrative logistics and equipment management
  • Managing special projects as needed

Qualifications for the Property Administrator:

  • 1+ years of property management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to manage confidential information securely
  • Practices professional and personal ethics
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team-oriented and personable

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
