Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45,000 – $50,000

Position Overview:

The Property Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Property Management team while providing excellent customer service to the residents. The Property Coordinator will help resolve resident disputes and problems with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities of the Property Coordinator:

  • Provide superior customer service to current and future residents and the community
  • Schedule make readies to prepare units for new residents
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units
  • Contact delinquent residents and communicate late notices and eviction notices

Qualifications for the Property Coordinator:

  • 1+ years of experience in leasing or property coordination experience
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Must own a vehicle (or access to a vehicle)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
