Our client is a full-service real estate firm. They manage and lease commercial & residential space. They also develop and construct both types of properties throughout Greater Boston. They are seeking a Property Coordinator to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Property Coordinator will oversee all daily operations for the many residential apartment properties. This Property Coordinator’s responsibilities include all operational, communication, and financial components. This position is open to recent graduates.

Responsibilities of the Property Coordinator:

  • Work with the Property Manager to oversee all daily operations.
  • Take charge of a portfolio size of approximately 150+ units.
  • Responsible for the financial operations and budget, maximizing income while maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment.
  • Supervise and work closely with property staff.
  • Work with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications for the Property Coordinator:

  • Property management, hospitality, or customer service background is needed.
  • Some accounting or bookkeeping background is helpful.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to multitask in a friendly, fast-paced work environment and deal with highly confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented, and high-energy individual with an outgoing ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Real Page Property Management software is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
