Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000 – $85,000

Position Overview:

The Property Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all management functions of an assigned portfolio. The Property Manager develops new processes and make recommendations on efficiencies or improvements.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Coordination of services to ensure tenant satisfaction
  • Lead staff meetings
  • Participate in resident meetings and maintain high standards for resident relations
  • Coordinate unit turnover procedures
  • Supervise marketing programs and waiting list procedures
  • Oversee that rent collection, delinquency, and eviction processes are handled
  • Monitor property budgets and review variances on a monthly basis
  • Ensure all client cash flows of management vehicles meet funding requirements
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technologies
  • Prepare proposals for enhancements and champion changes

Qualifications for the Property Manager:

  • 5 to 10+ years of residential property management experience required
  • Market rate and affordable housing experience required
  • Recertification experience required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
