Our client is a full-service real estate firm, managing and leasing commercial space and residential units, and developing and constructing both residential and commercial projects throughout Greater Boston. They are seeking a Property Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000

Position Overview:

Our client is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a property. The Property Manager will also be responsible for the supervision and motivation of the onsite property team.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Demonstrates the ability to understand financial goals and operates assets
  • Trains and mentors team members, ensuring efficiency of staff through ongoing training, instruction, counseling, and leadership
  • Sources and builds relationships with prospective residents to generate leases
  • Maintains a positive, productive relationship with residents and prospective residents
  • Provides constant vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing, vendor relations, and certificates of insurance
  • Inspects and arranges maintenance to meet building standards
  • Ensures that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner
  • Maintains accurate records of all community transactions and submits on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.)
  • Continually monitors and analyzes traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget guidelines, renewal information, marketing data, etc., to be able to give up-to-date and proper information when requested by management

Qualifications for the Property Manager:

  • 5 years of property management experience with at least 400 units of market rate
  • Must have strong prior financial experience with managing budgets, creating budgets, and P&L oversight
  • Must have strong supervisory experience, good computer and customer skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • RealPage knowledge

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
