Quality Inspector

Our client is a fast-paced, GMP-certified developer of consumer products. They are seeking to hire a Quality Inspector to join their team on the 1st shift. The Quality Inspector would work at the site which operates 24/7.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$34k – $44k Dependent on experience

Position Overview:

The Quality Inspector will follow strict GMP protocol to ensure the products are meeting industry and company standards. The Quality Inspector will review batch records, physically inspect finished goods, and work in a team setting. The schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:

• Conduct approvals including line clearance and equipment checks for their respective shift
• Carefully follow all safety and regulatory guidelines including GMP and OSHA
• Review log books for accuracy and completion
• Ensure product specifications are being met
• Perform and document in process testing on the products
• Provide information to complete deviation reports and other QA documentation
• Perform basic mathematical functions and input information into the computer system

Qualifications for the Quality Inspector:

• Related industry experience in a GMP-regulated quality setting
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a new setting
• A positive attitude and attention to detail

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required
