Our client, a global luxury brand is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This company is well established and is seeking a candidate that is looking for long-term advancement.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$16/hr – $18/hr
Position Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the office and should have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. There will be an opportunity to cross-train and learn about different departments in the company.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Answer phone lines, screen, and direct calls, and greet guests/visitors
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory
- Assist with various projects for multiple departments and individuals
- General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and copying
Qualifications of the Receptionist:
- Previous experience working in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and people skills
- Self-directed, organized, and self-motivated
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
