Our client, a international manufacturing company that specializes in consumer goods is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. They are well established and is seeking a candidate that is looking for long term advancement. This role is located on site but they provide PPE, conduct daily health screenings and have regular office sanitizing.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18 – $20/hr
Position Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the office and should have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. There will be opportunity to the Receptionist cross train and assist the HR, Marketing and Accounting teams.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Answering phone lines, screen and direct calls and greet guests/visitors
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory
- Assisting with various projects for multiple departments and individuals
- General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and copying
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
- Previous experience working in an office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and people skills
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
