Our client within the real estate industry is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their NYC team.

Position Overview:

The Receptionist will be the first and last face that anyone coming into the office will see. They will have a pleasant disposition, be professional and polished, and welcome a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will answer calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure guests have a welcoming and positive experience.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the staff calendar
  • Accept and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Perform administrative duties as needed
  • Order and maintain all kitchen supplies, office supplies, and equipment

Qualifications of the Receptionist:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e. Office, Word, and Excel)
  • Previous experience handling high-volume calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
