Our client, a corporate and global consulting agency, is seeking an eager, dedicated, and hardworking Receptionist candidate. Our client partners with other firms in the real estate, hospitality and creative spaces, creating exciting marketing campaigns and strategic plans to help build their business. This office is in the heart of NYC with over 500 employees and are known to promote from within.

Salary
: $40k – $55k + discretionary bonus and OT (based on experience)

About the position:
 As the Receptionist, you are willing to go the extra mile and relentless to get the job done. This is a great job for someone looking for exposure to all different means of the business, as your role will be solely responsible for ensuring the office is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible and serving as the face of the organization! You will assist with coordinating meetings, managing office inventory, preparing for meetings, conferences and events, in addition to any special ad-hoc projects as needed. In addition to, greeting all guests who enter the firm, his is a full-time position with a base salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Meet and greet guests as they enter the office; delivering white glove service
  • The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently. This can require anything from coordinating the conference rooms, managing inventory
  • Assist the Executive Assistants with anything needed; preparing for those meetings (crating PowerPoints, ensuring video conference lines are set up, managing catering and more)
  • Coordinate travel and car services for meetings on behalf of the Executive and external clients. This will give you great exposure to the leaders of the company
  • Ad Hoc projects (offered in a wide range from human resources, recruiting, marketing, public relations and sales)

Qualifications for the Receptionist: 

  • 0-5+ years of experience working in a corporate setting; Recent graduates with internships are welcome to apply
  • The ideal candidate will have had some experience in an administrative, customer service, client relations or hospitality capacity
  • The Receptionist be willing to provide references
  • Additional languages and outside interests are a huge plus
