Located in Midtown Manhattan, this large financial firm is an established private equity firm that specializes in small to mid-sized real estate assets. They have multiple offices across the country and are looking to add a dedicated and experienced receptionist to the team. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:
 $40,000 – $50,000

Position Overview:
 The ideal receptionist will be managing the front desk for a large financial firm and should have at least two years of reception experience with a large financial firm. This receptionist will also be comfortable answering incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answers a high volume of calls on a switchboard
  • Ensures tidiness of lobby area
  • Greets clients, employees, and guests
  • Maintains calendars and schedules meetings and calls
  • Creates expense reports using Concur
  • Coordinates light travel, catering

Qualifications for the Receptionist:

  • Two plus years of reception experience with a large financial firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Must have experience preparing expense reports
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional, friendly, proactive, attentive to detail
  • Administrative support experience is preferred
