Our client is looking to hire a professional Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, and organized.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $12/hr

Position Overview: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors. They must be able work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist

  • Warmly welcome those who come in to the office
  • Communicate effectively with all employees and visitors
  • Answer phones and other general office tasks
  • Keep calendars updated and schedule meetings
  • Perform light clerical work such as data entry and filing

Qualifications for the Receptionist:

  • 1+ years of Receptionist experience
  • Must be organized with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
