Our client, a private equity firm, is looking for an organized and professional Receptionist. This firm has a beautiful office located in Manhattan!

Salary/Rate:

$50k

Position Overview:

The ideal Receptionist will be articulate, personable and be able to multi task. The Receptionist will make sure the office runs smoothly as well as be the face of the office for all clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • The Receptionist will answer phone calls, screen calls and greet the guests
  • Track office supply inventory and replenish items when needed
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed including ordering food for client meetings, ordering messengers and distributing mail
  • Liaise between catering services, Fedex, building facilities, and cleaning services
  • Oversee office tidiness, conduct routine facility inspections and report any damage

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of reception experience or strong internship experience
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
