Our client, a well-known creative agency, is looking for a temp to permanent Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join their growing team! This company is the leader within their industry and has a fun, collaborative, and open office with fun perks!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $25/hr ($45k – $50k)

Position Overview:

The Receptionist/Office Coordinator will be responsible for answering phones and responding to emails with urgency. The Receptionist/Office Coordinator will also be greeting visitors/guests and providing them with directions to various parts of the office, booking conference rooms, ordering all office supplies and keeping the front office pristine. It is important the Receptionist/Office Coordinator will be able to execute many responsibilities while working in a busy and ever-changing environment. A self-starter attitude is a must! This role is temp to permanent.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Coordinator:

  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal employees
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Answer phones and directing calls
  • General clerical duties such as mailing, copying, and faxing
  • Document preparation
  • Data entry
  • Assist in coordinating and planning office events and parties

Qualifications of the Receptionist / Office Coordinator:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience working in a relevant role
  • Ambitious with a “no job too big or too small” mentality and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicative, planning, and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities
  • Friendly and professional written and verbal skills
  • Ability to be proactive and take on responsibilities without direction
  • Detail oriented

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
