Position Overview:
 The company is looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator who embodies their colorful outlook. It is important that this candidate will be able to execute many responsibilities while working in a busy and ever-changing environment. This candidate will be the main point of contact so strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Coordinator:
 

  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal employees
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Answering phones and direct calls
  • General office duties such as mailing, copying, faxing
  • Document preparation and data entry
  • Organizing and setting up meetings
  • Coordinate and plan office events and parties

Qualifications for the Receptionist / Office Coordinator:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent communicative, planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
