Our client is a healthcare organization in Needham, MA looking to bring a Recruiter onto their team on a contract to permanent basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle management of candidates and internal requisitions for both clinical and non-clinical roles. The Recruiter conducts in-depth phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks to evaluate skill sets, work history, personality match, etc.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Coordinate with recruiting staff to identify top hiring priorities and create a strategy to meet objectives through recruiting activities
  • Utilize a variety of online sources to identify and develop a database of potential candidates to meet organizational needs
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks to evaluate skill sets, work history, personality match, etc.
  • Present detailed job descriptions to candidates to determine skills match and interest level
  • Negotiate candidate salary and pay rates and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Provide detailed candidate information to hiring managers for consideration
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to develop a well-rounded understanding of team needs

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • 2+ years of experience with full cycle recruiting
  • Previous experience recruiting for clinical roles is a plus
  • Experience using ATS platforms preferred
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
