Recruiter

Our client is an up-and-coming NYC based nonprofit that supports the development and presentation of new artistic creations. They are eager to add a Recruiter to their team to support their influx of new open roles! This role is a 3 or 6 month contract; however, there is the possibility for the role to extend for the right candidate.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40 – $50/hr

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing their own full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this Recruiter role will be ready to roll up their sleeves and help the HR Recruitment team fill the open roles!

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
• Intake meetings and follow up with Hiring Managers
• Source talented candidates for harder to fill roles by utilizing job boards
• Screen resumes for open corporate, development, and facilities roles
• Hold initial phone screens for some more senior roles
• Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and Hiring Managers

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Familiarity utilizing job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source candidates
• Prior administration or coordinating experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills are required

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required
