Recruiter

Our client client, an incredible non-profit organization, is looking for a strong, mission-driven Recruiter to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $50/hr Depending upon experience

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full-cycle process of recruiting talent and filling the open positions with the top candidates while supporting the organizational culture and mission.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Use job board applications to source highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the qualifications/requirements of open positions
• Arrange and conduct phone screening interviews with potential candidates
• Collaborate and have ongoing communication with Hiring Managers to position needs and screened candidates
• With the use of software SkillSurvey, conduct professional reference checks during the assessment process
• Organize and maintain accurate candidate records in the internal applicant tracking system, Cornerstone
• With the approval of both the Hiring Manager and HR manager, liaise with the candidates about offer acceptance

Qualifications of the Recruiter:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting is required
• Experience with the applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and additional job board applications is preferred
• International work experience is preferred
• Spanish and/or French fluency is a bonus
