Our client is one of the world’s most well-known scientific and cultural institutions. They are excited to add a Recruiter to their team for a 6 month + contract as soon as possible!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30 – $40/hr

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will manage their own full-cycle recruiting process and partner with Hiring Managers to fill open roles in the operations space. The ideal candidate for this Recruiter role is sharp and can comfortably dive right into recruitment!

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Full-cycle recruiting including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and completing reference checks
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers daily to communicate updates
  • Review inbound applications and identify qualified candidates for open roles
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates by utilizing job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Support at least 30 open requisitions at a time

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • 2 to 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Comfortable recruiting in a high-volume environment is required
  • Proven ability to partner with Managers
  • Familiarity sourcing talent candidates from a variety of job boards is required
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail is a big plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required
