Our client is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join them remotely and assist in sourcing and hiring top-tier B2B Sales Representatives.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts specifically focused on B2B Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and collaborate with the HR team to identify, attract, and hire exceptional sales professionals. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles for B2B Sales Representative roles
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and sales team members
  • Facilitate candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
  • Support the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically in recruiting B2B Sales Representatives
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales roles, skills, and industry-specific requirements
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HR software

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required
