Our client, a growing and thriving pharmaceutical company is looking to add a talented Recruiter to a very successful team.

Salary/Hourly Rate: Depending on experience

Position Overview: The Recruiter will be tasked with full cycle recruiting including resume review, pre-screening candidates, coordinating phone and on-site interviews, making offers, and assisting the candidate through offer process.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Source for qualified candidates through various methods including posting ads, direct recruiting, networking and referrals
  • Pre-qualify candidates via phone screens and conduct behavioral based interviews in person and virtually
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates
  • Keep candidate records up to date with accurate notes and candidate summaries
  • Negotiate pay rates/salary rates with candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
  • Maintain job postings on electronic job boards
  • Assist employees through internal bid process
  • Provide confidential administrative support to HR Department

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • 3-5 years of previous recruiting experience preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Self-motivated & “go-getting” attitude
  • Team player with strong sense of urgency

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
