Position Overview:
  The Recruiter will work alongside the Direct Hire Administrative and HR Team, which is a division comprised of 12 motivated and collaborative individuals.  This is a team of natural networkers, an extension to our clients’ hiring teams, and the right hand to the candidates. Responsibilities of the Recruiter: 

  • Source potential candidates through job ads, job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc), referrals, and networking events
  • Pre-qualify candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate skills, employment background and qualifications
  • Recruit candidates for all levels and develop professional relationships with the candidates
  • Cultivate relationships with new business leads to generate business for the company as well as with existing clients
  • Organize internal and external candidate interviews
  • Develop database of candidates with a diverse array of skills and specialties
  • Brainstorm creative ways to attract candidates and clients to the business

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • Candidates must be self-motivated and driven by friendly competition
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven success in recruiting, sales, or client services is ideal
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to act as a strategic Business Partner to Hiring Managers
  • Must be a team player, collaborative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Business-minded individuals with relevant experience will be considered for this opening

Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree is required
