Our client, a growing home services company, is currently seeking a Recruiter to enhance their talent acquisition team. This role is located on site in their Bridgewater office.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25-$30/hr

Position Overview:

The Recruiter will identify top talent for departments including sales, marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience with high volume, proactive recruitment.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

  • Search and source for top talent for internal positions, specifically customer service and inside sales representatives
  • Utilize job boards to proactively source and recruit candidates for open role
  • Manage candidate pipeline to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner
  • Maintain exceptional internal relations and timely updates regarding the status of available positions
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and administer all pre-employment assessments
  • Interview and assess candidates’ technical and soft skills via behavioral based interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with the management team and candidates

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • More than 2 years of recruiting experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with proactive recruiting using Indeed, CareerBuilder and Monster
  • Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Social media savvy with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED certification is required
