Position Overview:

Atrium partners with multiple clients to lead specialized Direct Sourcing RPO programs. We’re looking for an avid and motivated Senior Recruiter, Direct Sourcing that is excited to grow their career with an evolving staffing and consulting firm. Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter, Direct Sourcing will include attracting, qualifying, matching, and sourcing candidates for the Direct Sourcing RPO Program with our Enterprise client. This is a diversified position that requires time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The Senior Recruiter, Direct Sourcing must be discreet, as they will often have exposure to confidential information. Additionally, candidates must be passionate about engaging and advocating for diverse talent and self-starters who are able to work independently, as well as with internal teams and external customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. A positive, friendly attitude is a must, as this role requires constant interfacing with our client and candidates.

Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter, Direct Sourcing:

  • Master information and language related to proprietary software and websites to access necessary information including ATS, VMS, TRM, and HRIS
  • Attract and directly source candidates through the careers page, networking, employee referrals, job boards, and social media presence
  • Project manage various critical recruitment marketing responsibilities against client hiring and branding objectives Implement diversity recruiting programs and identify opportunities to enhance the pipeline of diverse candidates
  • Drive diversity and inclusion sourcing efforts
  • Provide consistent communication to the applicant by guiding them thorough the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process, and salary negotiation
  • Partner with the client on new requirements, recommend and action recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged
  • Join appropriate intake calls with hiring managers
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for any needs across multiple business departments
  • Conduct thorough prescreening calls with candidates to determine specific hard and soft skills, and additional preferences to ensure appropriate resumes are screened and presented
  • Respond to stakeholder, manager, and candidate inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Attend regular status meetings with both the internal Atrium team and the client to drive various
  • Program goals and requirements
  • Responsible for tracking the status of pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, etc.) prior to the candidate’s start date
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on selection process and on-boarding of candidates
  • Provide start date, pay rates, and other relevant information to new contractors and FTE hires
  • Explain benefits and maintain all employment records
  • Provide suggestions for continuous improvement of the Direct Sourcing Program
  • Provide assistance with projects assigned by the Executive Director as needed

Qualifications for the Senior Recruiter, Direct Sourcing:

  • CDSP (Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional) Certification is highly preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of recruiting experience working on high-volume requisitions in the staffing industry preferably within finance and/or legal industries
  • Working knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruiting programs
  • Proven experience in attracting high-quality applicants via recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with the internal clients and Atrium program teams
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work well and excel in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, social, and motivational skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
