Our client, a young and vibrant real estate company in the Allston/Brighton area, is seeking a recent graduate with recruiting experience for a Part-Time Recruiting Administrative Assistant role.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $14 hourly

Position Overview: The Part-Time Recruiting Administrative Assistant will support the Recruiting Team and coordinate with Landlords and Property Managers.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Administrative Assistant:

  • Answering the phone and being the face of the business
  • Hiring, interviewing and recruiting new agents
  • Update and maintain listing database
  • Speak with local landlords and property managers to procure new listings
  • Co-ordinate office projects including website updates, graphic design and promotions
  • Social media including Facebook and Instagram
  • Misc. accounting and admin duties

Qualifications for the Recruiting Administrative Assistant:

  • Some experience supporting a team of people in a recruiting role
  • Strong presentation skills in leading meetings and presentations 
  • Proficient MS Word and Excel skills 
  • Recent graduate preferred
