Our client is a new and quickly growing health/wellness startup launched in 2020; they are looking for sharp Recruiting Coordinators to support their hiring plans.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28-$32/hr | $55,000-$65,000

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to help facilitate the hiring process as they bring on new employees. The Recruiting Coordinator should be sharp and self-sufficient, organized and proactive. This role will start out on a temporary basis with the intention to convert to a permanent role for the right fit.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout their interview process
  • Review resumes for junior/entry level roles
  • Move candidates through hiring process in ATS (Greenhouse), including video interviewing, scheduling phone screens, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure data accuracy in ATS and in shared pipeline documents, prepare weekly summaries about talent pipeline
  • Coordinate new hires setup across teams and ensure new hire information is entered into appropriate systems
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve candidate experience and interview process

Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work in a startup environment
  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus but not a requirement
  • Passion for working with others and collaborating as a team

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
