Our client, a booming tech start-up, is looking for a savvy Recruiting Coordinator. The company has a work hard, play hard culture and is rapidly expanding. 

Salary/Hourly Rate: $18 – $22/HR | $40 – $50K

Position Overview: This Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, scheduling interviews for Sr. Recruiters, updating the ATS and overall management of the candidate interview and onboarding process. The Recruiting Coordinator must be super organized, as you will be handling high volume scheduling with a lot of moving pieces. If you are goal oriented, a team player and have the ability to succeed within a fast paced environment, than this is the role for you.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Create and post job descriptions
  • Source and prescreen candidates 
  • Schedule interviews for Sr. Recruiters and hiring managers
  • Manage the applicant tracking system
  • Manage the candidate interview process
  • Assist with onboarding & create offer letters

Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of HR or recruiting experience (internships are okay)
  • The desire to work in HR or Recruiting 
  • Proficient in MS Office & Google Office Suite
  • Ideally have past experience with an ATS
  • Must be very organized, detail oriented and a great communicator
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
