Our client is a great healthcare company, that works with a variety of institutions across the country. This company is looking to bring on a Recruitment Coordinator who can add to their great company culture and wow their clients and candidates.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$29/hr – $38/hr (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for providing the highest level of staffing support to grow the administration teams in our client’s genomics and technology industry departments, as well as staffing the administration groups. The Recruitment Coordinator is someone who has a strong understanding that there is only one thing setting our client’s institutions apart from others; their people. The Recruitment Coordinator is someone who has taken the time to build a good rapport with their team, candidates, and hiring managers/leaders. They will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, and onboarding; filling both high level and high volume administrative positions. The Recruitment Coordinator is always proactively looking for ways to make each and every interaction, an experience like no other.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Manage an efficient full-cycle recruitment process to meet hiring goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Hiring Managers and become a trusted partner to the internal team
  • Develop a good understanding of the goals, process, and culture of the departments, teams, and positions you support and apply this knowledge to write effective job descriptions, create recruitment strategies, and communicate with potential candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through various methods, building out a strong pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews with candidates assessing them in a fair and consistent manner
  • Maintain clear and consistent records in the internal applicant tracking database

Qualifications of the Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years in a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting role
  • Ability to proactively and creatively reach out to potential candidates in various avenues
  • Prior experience with Google Suites (calendar management) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to diligently complete and prioritize tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have a passion for working with people and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive outlook
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
