Salary/Hourly Rate:

$160,000 – $195,000 plus bonus

Position Overview:

Our customer is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager (RPM) to oversee the operations of a portfolio of commercial/office space properties across in the Waltham area.

Responsibilities of the Regional Property Manager:

  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset; the economic health of the properties in accordance with our customer’s mission, vision, and objectives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and security
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial statements
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers

Qualifications for the Regional Property Manager:

  • Senior Commercial Property Manager with 5+ years experience
  • Managed 1 Million square feet
  • Must have office space experience
  • Management of a large team
  • Ability to manage that contractors directly and work closely with regional engineer
  • Engineering in their background is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
