Client Overview:

Our client is a leading global fragrance company renowned for its innovation and creativity in the luxury perfume industry. They are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28 – $30/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview:

The Regulatory Affairs Associate is responsible for organizing, managing, and tracking formula/product data, records, and documents to ensure compliance with global cosmetic and consumer product regulations. The Regulatory Affairs Associate establishes and maintains a Document Management System library to facilitate easy retrieval of documents for government inquiries and global product registration activities.

Responsibilities of the Regulatory Affairs Associate:

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to organize, issue, transmit, and store required documents/data
  • Ensure document management processes comply with legal requirements
  • Develop strategies for company adherence to internal document retention policies, including archiving inactive documents and records
  • Input and organize formula and raw material data into the system of record
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations applicable to the company/role

Qualifications for the Regulatory Affairs Associate:

  • Knowledge of records management procedures and standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with applicable government regulations related to cosmetic products is advantageous

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required
