Our client is a booming tech startup seeking a hardworking & personable Remote Customer Experience Associate to join their team!  This company is rapidly expanding, and there is opportunity for growth in a positive, fun, and team oriented environment!

Salary/Rate:

$18-$20/hr 

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Associate must be an excellent communicator, tech savvy, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for all customers. The right candidate for this position will be a problem solver with at least one year of customer service experience. There is opportunity for growth within the company based on performance.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Assist customers directly through email, live chat, and over the phone
  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails while meeting targets
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Document information of call for tracking inbound and outbound communication
  • Deliver outstanding experience for each customer

Qualifications of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal
  • Experience using Zendesk is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Hardworking, resourceful team player

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
