Our client works in Affordable Housing and is seeking an experienced Resident Administrator to work in their Downtown San Diego property.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Resident Administrator must have prior related affordable housing experience, tax credit experience and must be a strong communicator.

Responsibilities of the Resident Administrator:

  • Handle resident and applicant certification processes
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Schedule events and meetings
  • Provide general administrative support including copying, filing, handling mail and answering the phone
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications of the Resident Administrator:

  • Must have previous affordable housing experience including tax credit experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yardi software experience is a plus
  • Highly organized
  • Strong time management skills

Education Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
