Our client is a residential and commercial real estate company with properties in Back Bay and Brighton. They are looking to add a Residential CapEx Property Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85k plus bonus

Position Overview:

The Residential CapEx Property Manager will manage 300+ residential units and a multimillion dollar renovation over the span of 3 – 5 years. They will be responsible for managing property management and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities of the Residential CapEx Property Manager:

  • Manage 300+ residential units
  • Oversee CapEx budget and multi-year project
  • Manage property management staff and maintenance staff
  • Oversight of renovation and property budgets

Qualifications for the Residential CapEx Property Manager:

  • Prior CapEx experience
  • Residential property management experience of 300+ units
  • Prior people management
  • Prior management of maintenance staff

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
