Our client has grown into a full-service real estate firm, managing and leasing residential & commercial space developing and constructing both projects throughout Greater Boston. The company has full-time accounting, legal, architectural, construction, maintenance, and property management departments to assist in the management and leasing needs of all of the Company’s commercial and residential buildings. They are currently seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75,000 – $85,000 plus 10 to 15% bonus

Position Overview:

Join the residential team in the greater Boston area. Oversee all aspects of daily operations of a number of residential buildings including any construction or repairs. Portfolio size – approximately 500 units. The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the financial operations and budget; maximizing income while maintaining a safe, clean and attractive environment. Supervise a staff. Work with vendors, contractors.

Qualifications for the Residential Property Manager:

  • Must have experience overseeing entirety of financial budgets for properties
  • Must have experience with 350+ residential units (will be managing 400-500 units)
  • Must have direct management experience of maintenance staff
  • Must come from market rate apartments

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
