Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20 – $22/hr

Position Overview:

They are seeking a personable and reliable Retail Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal Retail Associate candidate will have at least one year of solid retail experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of the Retail Associate:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have
  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store goals

Qualifications for the Retail Associate:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of retail experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Proficiency in operating a POS system
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
