Our client is seeking a Retail Specialist to join their team for a long-term opportunity!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Retail Specialist is responsible for working to educate and answer customer questions, make sales, help achieve store sales goals, maintain the retail space, as well as building brand awareness in the sexual wellness space. The Retail Specialist will be working with and helping to train sales associates.

Responsibilities of the Retail Specialist:

  • Assisting customers from when they enter the store
  • Acting as a sexual wellness expert and educating customers on various products
  • Creating a friendly and approachable work environment for all patrons
  • Making sales and helping the store to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
  • Help out with any store events and initiatives
  • Working the register, checking customers in and out

Qualifications for the Retail Specialist:

  • Previous retail/front desk/hospitality experience
  • Someone who is polished and a strong selling presence
  • Ideally someone interested in working in the Sexual Wellness space and comfortable talking about it with customers

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
