Our client is a rapidly growing equipment manufacturing company located in Bucks County, PA. They are looking to add a Sales Admin to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $21/hr

Position Overview:

The Sales Admin will provide administrative support to the Sales department, maintain records for company equipment, and be a liaison to the Sales department regarding equipment rentals. This Sales admin should have superior time management, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities of the Sales Admin:

  • Provide administrative duties
  • Process equipment and sales orders
  • Manage reservations of equipment
  • Handle invoices and process, as needed

Qualifications for the Sales Admin:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Superior personal skills and ability to work well with a team

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
