Our client, a luxury fragrance and flavor company is looking to add to their team and hire a Sales Administrator.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20 – $25/hr
Position Overview:
As a Sales Administrator you will actively build and maintain professional relationships with both internal teams and with account contacts. The Sales Administrator responds professionally to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow up and problem solving techniques.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Support all aspects of business
- Assist with administrative tasks including creative projects and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission
- Manage new win requirements internally and externally
- Provide the business team with timely information on clients requests, insights, and communications
- Coordinate schedules and communication
- Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist
- Maintain shipment tracking system including European co-ships
- Maintain IBIS project management including product base arrivals and project assignment
Qualifications for the Sales Administrator:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS office suite
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
