Our client is looking to expand there Accounting team. They are seeking a communicative, determined Sales Analyst to add to their growing Accounting team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$21/hr – $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Sales Analyst will support Senior Management, Sales, Operations, customers, and Finance. The ideal candidate will apply analytic principles to review and analyze transitions in sales and trade spend to Senior Management.

Responsibilities of the Sales Analyst:

  • Collaborates with internal parties preparing price agreements
  • Compiles proforma analysis and assists in RFP responses
  • Maintains pricing templates and conducts monthly/ quarterly / annual contract renewals with Sales and Operations support
  • Owns and maintains operational infor/M3 pricing analytical tools
  • Streamlines and improves business practices including tools, templates, and processes, to increase the efficiency of the pricing and promo desk team
  • Sets up, controls, and validates promo accruals and transactions

Qualifications for the Sales Analyst:

  • 3 or more years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office and willing to learn other software programs if needed
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Infor and Exceedra is a plus
  • Proficient in preparing analytical reports using Excel, Access, and other report writers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to constant change in a growing business environment is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively in an environment with strict deadlines is required
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
