Sales Support

Our client is a luxury retail and fashion company located in Somerset County. They are looking to add a Sales Support individual to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $26/hr (10% Bonus eligibility)

Position Overview:

The Sales Support position will manage a portfolio of accounts and order flow.  The Sales support position will generate daily and weekly reports in Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables and formulas to accurately display data.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support:

• Generate partnerships with the Sales team
• Enforce compliance and policies with the Sales team
• Manage and maintain portfolios
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data
• Create both daily and weekly sales reports
• Utilize Microsoft Excel Pivot tables to view data
• Work on ad-hoc projects
• Support with brand and product presentations
• Prepare for onsite trainings, as needed

Qualifications for the Sales Support:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to do pivot tables and formulas)
• 2 – 4 years of experience in sales support or account management roles
• SAP experience is preferred
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required
