Our client is a consumer products developer currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide client support to the Sales team in the Commercial group.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Assist in coordinating customers projects as liaison with different groups including Sales, Lab, Marketing and help track project progress.
  • Coordinate needed information for customers including materials safety reports, stability records etc. in preparing sample shipment and project tracking.
  • Assist in preparing samples, labeling, and shipping as per customer requests.
  • Record sample details, content sheets, stability reports, pricing etc. into the database and follow up on receipt and project status.
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries and assist in directing questions to relating parties for follow up.
  • Assist in coordinating customers’ onsite visits and prepare needed items for meetings.

Qualifications of the Sales Support Coordinator:

  • Experience in a lab is desirable but not required.
  • Prior sales support / coordination experience from consumer products environments is preferred.
  • Good Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Good writing and database skills.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Organized and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or other disciplines.
