Our client is an Italian men’s and women’s luxury brand with retail stores worldwide. They are seeking one Seasonal Luxury Boutique Assistant for Costa Mesa California.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $28/hr (DOE)

Position Overview:

The Seasonal Luxury Boutique Assistant is responsible for delivering a welcoming and memorable experience to all guests and prospective customers. The Seasonal Luxury Boutique Assistant is vital to the brand and supports the Client Advisor in all operational objectives.

Responsibilities of the Seasonal Luxury Boutique Assistant:

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the shop, embodying the luxury experience of the brand.
• Demonstrate a personable and bubbly personality, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
• Offer refreshments to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and fostering a welcoming environment. Assist client advisors by pulling products for customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Merchandise the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with the brand image.
• Maintain the neatness and tidiness of products on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing environment for customers.

Qualifications for the Seasonal Boutique Assistant:

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred or a hospitality background.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required.
